There's no way you can get information on a cell phone number for free. If it's a listed land line, you can get it for free. The best thing to do is use a reverse lookup directory. I found a site that works. And the information they give is accurate. It's a paid site, though. ^^ Actually, there are a couple of ways to get the owners name and address for free. You just need to be a bit creative and ballsy with your approach. Otherwise, you will need to pay like everyone else lol!
