Question: About the mobile phone deal.?

Hello friends, I recently brought the deal with T- mobile which is 18 months contract and got a nice W995 Phone.I gave them The PAC code to transfer my old number to this new T- mobile. Now the problem is I am not getting Network coverage in My Home. That was the reason I cancelled my previous contract with 3G network cause I wasn't getting Network in my place. Which is so embarrassing some times. I went to T- mobile store yesterday and they refused to cancel the contract as it was the EIGHTH day since when I had the contract and they said you have also transferred your Number to us so we can not cancel it. Any Suggestions what should I do regarding the above matter. Many thanks for your time reading this question. Regards. |
